The Behavior Change for Good Initiative (BCFG) at the University of Pennsylvania is recruiting a Research Project Manager. BCFG is led by Professors Katy Milkman, Angela Duckworth, and an interdisciplinary team of over 160 world-renowned economists, computer scientists, doctors, and psychologists. BCFG specializes in conducting large-scale field experiments designed to promote sustained behavior change. The Research Project Manager oversees day-to-day operations of significant multi-site research projects and supervises full-time research staff and part-time research assistants. They will manage the development and execution of study designs, data collection and analysis, and relationships with organizational partners and third-party vendors. 

Qualifications: PhD or master’s degree preferred; 3-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Project management experience required. The ideal candidate will have a background in advanced data analytics (including econometrics), experience with STATA, SPSS, and R, exceptional interpersonal fluency, strong presentation skills, and the ability to interact professionally at the highest levels of organizations.
