Basis Policy Research (Basis) seeks a full-time Senior Researcher. Senior Researchers are responsible for leading rigorous studies in the areas of early childhood, K-12 education, housing, and/or workforce development. Qualified candidates will have experience in all phases of the applied research process, from crafting the study concept to securing funding to analyzing data to producing final deliverables. Senior Researchers lead multiple research projects and teams. Strong, demonstrated skills in quantitative methods and experience in statistical programming are preferred.
Qualifications
Doctorate in a social science field, preferably economics, education, public policy, political science, psychology, or statistics
